Our Medical Director – Anu Gupta, MD
A native of northern Virginia, Dr. Gupta received her Doctorate of Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She was the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships during her time in Norfolk. She completed her radiation oncology residency at the world renowned Georgetown University Hospital Lombardi Cancer Center. Dr. Gupta is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and holds a faculty position at Georgetown Department of Radiation Medicine.
Dr. Gupta is a member of several professional organizations such as the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), American Society of Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), and American Brachytherapy Society (ABS). She is actively involved in community outreach events as well as having appeared repeatedly on local and regional TV channels as an expert in the field of oncology.
She has been repeatedly recognized in Washingtonian magazine and Northern Virginia Magazine as one of D.C’s top doctors.
Dr. Gupta is fluent in Hindi and proficient in Spanish.
She is married with three children and enjoys cooking, reading and gardening.
